Since 2021, we’ve published more than 600 pieces from writers and artists around the world. Each themed issue brings together work that surprises us, moves us, makes us laugh, unsettles us, or simply refuses to leave us alone.

Since 2024, Instant Noodles has been curated by the editors of Old Scratch Press. The magazine is produced entirely by volunteers who believe good work deserves readers.
